Hello to everyone,
my name is Alessandro and i came from Italy. Im 27yo, I love Honda cars and I'm the owner of an EG6. I came in your forum because in December I was cheated by a Portuguese guy: he steal 550 GBP.
I know that this isn't the best way to introduce my self in your community, but same I did on http://www.clubehonda.com/ , I'm here for ask your help.
Here a summary:
In December i saw on http://www.pistonheads.com a KPRO PRA ECU.
I contact the seller and we find a deal for 550GBP shipped to Italy. He asked payment by bank transfer.
I accept, I ask the IBAN, send the money and the receipt to the seller.
After 5 days, he tell to me that the money doesn't arrive because he make a mistake: he send to me a wrong IBAN.

ok, I try to feel calm, I go to bank for block the transfer and I ask to the guy the correct IBAN so when I get back my 700euro I'll send again on the correct one. Every day he push me for send again the bank transfer because he need to sell the Hondata, and if he get 2 payments from me, he guarantee to send me back one......

I say no, I not accept, and he sell the KPRO.
In January my bank call me and tell:
the first bank transfer was correct, the guy get the money. His bank ask if he want send back to me and he say NO.

I have all the mail between me and him where he say that no get money, and i have the email between my bank and his bank, sended by bank manager where the portuguese bank confirm he get money and no want give me back.

Here below all the documents, I try to be as clear as possible. I delete confidential data of me and of my bank manager.


On 5 December 2012, I find on http://www.pistonheads.com/ an used KPRO PRA ECU.
So i contact the seller, nickname on that site is CtR Power, and we reach a deal of 550 GBP shipped to Italy.







I accept to send the bank transfer so I ask the the bank coordinates. Before send the payment I ask some picture for be sure about the authenticity of Hondata: yes, it's genuine. Ok, i give to him my shipping address.







Ready for send the money, I want understand in which country I must send the payment. He is in UK, the bank account is in Portugal, the email is dot FR (@hotmail.FR). He say Portugal.











10/12/2012 Bank transfer ok. After that I send to him the receipt and I tell that the international bank transfer takes around 5 working days for arrive in his bank.







On 15/12/2012 he write that didn't get the money yet.





On 17 he continue to say no money arrive and he start to push me for send another payment and he promise that if his bank will receive 2 payments, he can send me back one.









I start became worried so I decide to go speak with my bank about this delay. Before that I ask to him to check again his bank data. And you know what he say? The first IBAN that he send was wrong.

I say many times that I cannot send more money if I no have back the other but he doesn't care, he want a reservation or he will sell the KPRO to another guy.





I ask to wait because I want go speak with my bank and block the bank transfer, but when I go back i know HE ALREADY SELL THE HONDATA to another guy and GUARANTEE that he refund me the money if they came in his account.











So until now, I hope you understand what happened to me. This lier cheated me 700 euro and never stop to tell that he never get my money, and in case it arrive to him, he can return me back.
Now look here below: the email from my bank to customers service, that it contacted Portugal bank. I translate for you what is write in the main parts.





And I decide to go to the police





So now, anybody can help me? or know him? who can see Jose and try to persuade to send me back the money?
I dont know what can I do. I hope he can came to write here for tell any explanation. Who see him, please let me know.
I was cheated on Christmas from another guy with my same passion. It's near to be unbelievable.

só o estado? por ordem do tribunal (juíz de direito) tbm pode ordenar. se ele apresentou queixa chegam lá. mais tarde ou mais cedo.

Italian one doesn't care my problem, so im thinking to send or to Portuguese Police (but i dont know how) or to Portuguese Consolat here in Italy.
Any ideas are appreciated.
